Rather than offering a single definition of wellness, the series invites participants to explore multiple pathways:
creative expression, sound, science, mindfulness, storytelling—and discover what resonates for them.

Over the course of three 2-hour sessions, you are invited to artistically create your personal mandala, a beautiful geometric pattern that has for centuries served as a pathway to inner spiritual awakening and grounding.

The BISSELL LOBBY AND SALVIN ATRIUM

Dr. Dana Zeboni of Butler University will use the principles outlined in the book, "ACT for Musicians," written by David G. Juncos and Elvira de Paiva e Pona. ACT stands for Acceptance and Commitment Training. In this workshop for students, faculty, and staff; Zeboni will explore the principles of ACT and how they apply to the unique challenges facing musicians. These include performance anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, pain, injury, and well-being. Zenobi will use the principles in this book to guide with tools to help with Music Performance Anxiety.
