CREATIVE PATHWAYS TO HEALING

An arts-driven journey through experiences designed to restore, inspire, and reconnect the body, mind, and spirit.
Rather than offering a single definition of wellness, the series invites participants to explore multiple pathways:
creative expression, sound, science, mindfulness, storytelling—and discover what resonates for them.
